This Privacy Policy describes how Back Market, Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered at 100 Bogart St, Brooklyn, NY 11206, (“Back Market Business,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit http://www.pro.backmarket.com (“Site”) (this “Privacy Policy”). By navigating our Site, you agree to accept this Privacy Policy. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Back Market Business has its headquarters in the United States, the Site is operated in the United States, and information we collect from you will be processed in the United States.
